Kumamoto Red Beef Special Course
The Ryotei Manpuku Roppongi Hills restaurant will offer a limited time offer of a special Kumamoto red beef course, a rare and highly prized Japanese brown beef that our chef has selected with great care.
This brown Japanese breed has little fat and allows you to enjoy the flavor of the meat. The fibrous texture of the meat allows you to feel the full flavor of the meat when you bite into it.
This time, we will offer a course in which you can enjoy the difference in lean/marbled meat from the back parts of ribs, sirloin, and fillet of "Kumamoto AKA-gyu", a rare Japanese brown beef breed, and the ribs around the ribs.
